The Employee Purchase Programme from Apple

Terms & Conditions

The Corporate Employee Purchase Programme is a benefit provided by Apple Computer International, Holly Hill Industrial Estate, Cork, Ireland (“Apple”) to employees of participating companies of the Corporate Employee Purchase Program (EPP). The programme is intended for personal use and not for resale.

By submitting your order, you certify that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Corporate Employee Purchase Programme and confirm that you are an employee or contractor of the participating corporation to which Apple has offered this benefit.

Apple reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to cancel any orders if Apple has reasonable grounds to believe that they have not been placed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
